• All orders are subject to availability and our acceptance.
• Prices are listed in local currency and may change without notice.
• You are responsible for ensuring that all information supplied with your order, including delivery details and messages, is accurate.

3. Floral substitutions

Flowers and foliage are seasonal products, and particular stems may not always be available. We reserve the right to make appropriate substitutions while:

• Maintaining the overall style and character of the design.
• Respecting the intended color palette as closely as possible.
• Ensuring that the value of the arrangement is equal to or greater than shown.

4. Delivery

• Delivery windows and areas are indicated at checkout or on our website.
• We are not liable for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses, or if the recipient is unavailable.
• Where delivery cannot be completed, we will attempt to contact you to discuss alternatives such as redelivery or collection, where feasible.

5. Cancellations and changes

If you wish to amend or cancel an order, please contact us as promptly as possible:

• Same-day orders may only be amended within a short period of being placed.
• For future-dated orders, changes are generally possible up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery.

Once an arrangement has been created or dispatched, we may be unable to accept cancellations or changes.

6. Returns and quality

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we do not accept returns in the usual sense. We do, however, take quality seriously:

• If you are dissatisfied with the condition of your flowers upon arrival, please contact us with photographs within 24 hours.
• At our discretion, we may offer a replacement, partial refund, or store credit if the product does not meet our standards.

7. Use of the website

• You agree not to misuse the website or attempt to disrupt its security or operation.
• Content on this website, including images, text, and logos, is owned by or licensed to Maison Fleur Royale and is protected by intellectual property laws.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify website content without our written permission.
